Returns & Exchanges

All of our merch is created in limited runs for our fans, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed due to change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception for damages, misprints, or if you received the wrong item, reach out to officialcytera@gmail.com us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll contact the printshop to issue a re-print.
