Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During tours, new merch drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your region and the carrier.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking information via email so you can follow its journey. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Cytera Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package goes missing after delivery.
